The sudden fall of Sam Altman and other executives at OpenAI could be the alarm we need, unless it becomes a business revival story
The most I can muster for Sam Altman of OpenAI, formerly CEO of OpenAI as of this writing, is schadenfreude. He got the axe with no apparent warning on Friday, but I’m betting he’ll find his feet again soon. He may even be back at OpenAI, a returning Sun King with a whole new board, if Microsoft and other investors have their way.
